What is this service?
MICHR provides customer service for applications it supports. These applications include the following:
Vendor management for version releases and upgrades of the application
Timely communication of system downtime or other critical issues
Escalation and triage of support requests, as appropriate
Customer support is available 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday – Friday
Who can use this service?
Any investigator who needs technical assistance with one of the applications listed above may use this service.
